The machine is equipped with a mounted machine table in linear bearings on which the various parts with pneumatic clamps, vacuum or appropriate templates can be clamped.
Depending on the requirements, several surface polishing units up to a width of 500 mm and polishing heads with a width of 100 mm on the machine bed can be arranged.
The polishing heads are vertically and horizontally adjustable and rotatable by 135 °.
The oscillating table movement, getting in and exposing the polishing units and the wax feed are controlled by a SIMATIC S7.
