MT™ Tooling by Mate

MT™ Tooling – Mate is an innovator in design and manufacture of multi tools for CNC punch presses. MT™ is a high performance tooling system designed for continuous service in high performance multi tool assemblies.

What is a Multi Tool? – It’s a tool which expands the capacity of any one station of a CNC press (turret or otherwise) by allowing more than one punch and die set to be placed in a particular machine station. It’s different from a cluster tool in that only one punches actuates during a ram cycle.

MT™ – is available in three punch shank sizes

• MT™ 24mm – 0.030(0.80) to 0.945(24.00)
• MT™ 16mm – 0.030(0.80) to 0.630(16.00)
• MT™ 8mm – 0.030(0.80) to 0.315(8.00)

XMT™ Tooling System For Euromac Punch Presses

Mate’s XMT™ Tooling System is the world’s first and only tooling designed specifically for Euromac punch presses. Mate’s status as Original Equipment Manufacturer for Euromac makes XMT™ tooling the only way to take full advantage of the capabilities of the Euromac XMTE4, XMTE6 and XMTE10 Multi Tool punch holders.

Mate Ultra® Multi Tools

The new Mate Ultra® Multi Tool assemblies for thick turret punch presses* make full use of the advantages of Mate Ultra TEC® punches, strippers and Slug Free® dies. They provide complete compatibility with existing tooling inventory for added convenience. These assemblies are designed and engineered as an integral part of the high performance machines in which they operate.

Mate Ultra Multi Tools fit into 3-1/2” D-Index stations and are available in two versions for maximum flexibility.
